Abstract:
The article presents aspects of the exigencies imposed to the financial reporting which should consider at least two major requirements: on the one hand a correct understanding of the role of a reliable and relevant financial reporting, an don the other hand in order to ensure a conform accounting practice conform to the regulation in the area, regulations which, at their turn, already experienced the process of ensuring the conformity to the European directive in the area.\r\nThe main aspects pointed out are:\r\n- the results of a research performed in order to understand how the accounting regulations are implemented;\r\n- conclusions and directions of action to be considered in correlation with the exigencies imposed to the area.
