Abstract:
A number of changes to the Tax Code and Customs Code, expected to come into force in 2006, have not been approved yet. Regulatory intentions in this regard were published on the website of the Ministry of Finance in the last months of 2005. From previous officials’ statements we foud out that these changes will be approved, but it is not known at this time, when they will be approved and what date will take effect. With the help of experts from PricewaterhouseCoopers we underlined the most important new provisions of the draft Tax Code, of great interest to the business community.\r\n
