Abstract:
Many forms of illegal discrimination is what results from behaviors or actions by an organization or managers within an organization that cause members of a protected class to be unfairly differentiated from others. \r\n\r\nThe job performance of the financial auditor might suffers because of this unethical treatment and the whistle blowing is one way by witch she/he can prove that the organization intended consciously to discriminate against that individual in one or more aspects of an employment relationship.\r\n
