Family Business - an area too little „researched“ by auditors

Abstract:
The administrator, the owner or the manager of the family business finds out from the financial auditor which are the strengths and the weaknesses of the business and consequently, he learns to build up a team of professionals. \r\n\r\nGenerally, both in public and private business, the lack of an efficient management is the main cause of problems, as it is reflected in the organization of the business. But usually, family businesses use specialists` advice in order to learn how to develop. The auditor who addresses an auditing report to the manager brings in fact a vast experience, which will do much good to the growth and continuation of the family business.\r\n\r\nCounseling the business requires aptitudes which should guide this business in strategic planning, sense of property, managing the family business or succession, but also identify the specificity of a successful business.
