Abstract:
The requirements and challenges implied by accounting regulations complying with the European directives are synthesized in three main requirements regarding the quality of the information supplied by financial statements; these are: transparency, accountability and credibility.\r\n\r\nThe interest shown by accountants in general and by financial auditors regarding the accounting regulations complying with the European directives give us the guarantee that, in time, the necessary professional accumulations were done, so that we should be able to assure in practice the total conformity with these regulations.
