Abstract:
Microsoft Project is part of the Microsoft Office programs family, powerful and facile we can use in order to design plans for audit projects and to keep the evidences of the task work and to point out the differences in comparison with the established benchmarks. Microsoft Project is not only a static deposit with information about the project but an active planning instrument.\r\n\r\nThe engagement chief responsible for the audit engagements ( usually a senior auditor), in order to be successful should complete the activity in time, to respect the allocated budget and to be sure that the activity performed is appreciated by the client.\r\n
