Abstract:
Ladies, gentlemen, dear guests\r\n\r\nAllow me to start by welcoming you to the working of this conference „ Two years of International Standards on Auditing Application – Prezent and perspectives”. It is a moment when we assess the objective need for this profession development in Romania, of how it has been implemented, with your contribution, with the foreign agencies assistance from the European Union, namely the support of the Deaprtment for International Development of the United Kingdom Government. For this reason, the Council of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania decided to make an evaluation of the stage our profession reached, of the steps she made until now as well as of its perspective for a future development.\r\n
