Abstract:
The structure of the audit markets in Romania and Spain has evolved on a free market, under the pressure of the political events, economical ones, and asking and offers of the audit services.\r\n The objective of this research was represented by the realization of comparative analyzes on the evolution and structure of the financial audit market in Romania and Spain and also of the immediate development perspectives. In the first part of the paper was analyzed the evolution and structure of the financial audit market in Spain starting the law of the financial audit up to present, and then the one in Romania. Then it was realized a comparative study between the two countries, as the result being drawn conclusions and made proposals of modeling the audit market according to the present economical events. \r\n It is interesting to analyze the impact of the European integration process on the auditor and the audit firms in different countries, and also the impact of the new, present economic context dominated by the world economic crises.\r\n\r\n
