Abstract:
Managing today’s organizations has become impossible without the usage of the performance evaluating and monitoring systems in the context of the increasing complexity of organizations and economic environment as a whole. The controversies raised by the recent accounting scandals among accounting scholars, regarding the viability of the financial indicators, determined us to conduct a study in order to verify the opportunity of integrating financial measures inside these systems through the analysis of the correlation between the main financial indicators and the non-financial indicators, share price and market share. \r\n
