Abstract:
The aim of this article is to shape and identify elements featuring the communication process in the collaboration between the financial – accounting services companies and their clients. \r\nThe carried out research included various qualitative issues representative for Brasov city. By means of the carried out analysis the authors aimed at actually gaining knowledge on the phenomena and processes in the financial – accounting field, especially taking into consideration the communication process in terms of empathy in the collaboration between the supplier and the beneficiary of financial – accounting services. \r\nThe goals of the paper were to create opinions on the cost involved by the production and the communication of the financial – accounting information, to determine the requirements and the expectations of managers on the communication process in the execution of the financial – accounting service and the identification of the degree of satisfaction/dissatisfaction of the managers related to the collaboration with the actual clients. \r\nThe obtained results enabled us to have an overall image on the issues related to communication in the accounting services provider – consumer relationship.\r\nAs such, in order to attain performance, the collaboration must be internally featured by empathy and then by trust, professional probity, respect, honesty and loyalty.\r\n\r\n
