Abstract:
The present article is based on the Report issued by ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants which highlights the top ten technology trends that have the potential to impact the accountancy profession in the decade ahead. Some of the technology that have been identified are not new and are present today but their use is expected to have a critical impact on business, the accountancy profession and the global environment in which the accountants will operate in the future. Others are on the cusp of adoption.
