Abstract:
The modern woman most often chooses to have a career; actually, the majoritydoes not conceive a world where it would not get an education and later a job, a career. Therefore, at a particular point in their livesneed to learn how to cope with a dual role: full time job and mother/wife. This study treats the subject of woman accountant, at her workplace, more exactly, how accounting profession treats its women when it comes to maternity, promotion, equality at workplace and especially the promotion in the leading positions, to the highest hierarchical levels.\r\n
